Questionnaire and Confidentiality

of recent conversation regarding NSF involvement I thought it important
to speak to the aims, and uses of the questionnaire.
The purpose of the questionnaire is to find out if the discussion group
"After the Workshop Ends" is useful and if so in what ways. We (TERC)
want to learn from this experience so that we can make future
discussions better. We want to learn how, and if, the discussion was
useful to those who posted as well as those who choose to read. (more
below) We also want to hear the topics that you are most interested in
for future discussion groups. (more below)
All responses will be held in strict confidence. This is the reason the
questionnaire was sent not through the TEECH list but rather to
individual e-mail accounts with a return e-mail address of
Joni_Falk@terc.edu <Joni_Falk@terc.edu>. (You can also hit "reply" on the questionnaire form
and it will only be sent to me.) Only aggregate summaries will be shared
in the public domain, with the list as a whole, or with NSF. (more
below)
The purpose of this discussion group as well as future TEECH endeavors
is to connect leaders in the field of teacher enhancement with each
other. We hope to facilitate communication, collaboration, and
understanding of the range and diversity of ideas in the field. Your
returned questionnaires are very important in order to give us feedback
as to how we can make these discussions useful in doing the above. I
would greatly appreciate your sending the completed questionnaire by
