I teach at a state institution with a 12 hr teaching load and large
classes. I'm co-directing a collaborative science/math professional
development project now in its 9th year of growth, change, expansion and
evolution (sometimes with NSF support!). I've been a silent recipient of
the TEECH conversations because I just don't have time for anything but
basics during the semester which ends right before Christmas. I intend to
read though my TEECH file over winter break -- that's when I might have
time for reflection as we write some new grant proposals, informed by
these discussions.
Thanks for this opportunity, even if in my case it must be a delayed
experience.
