Since most implementations are context specific, it would indeed be
good to have a deeper understanding of the context(s) for which a
project was designed and implemented.  However, I would caution against
simply asking for written materials because it might be overwhelming.
If you asked me for materials you might get the full 100 page copy
of our original proposal.  Personally I would not like to get multiple
proposal copies.  

I don't remember whether or not there was an archive facility for this
discussion group but it might be possible to post paper and such to
that facility.  We could then retrieve and read those of interest.

But I do think that it is important that we gain some sense of the context
for which projects were created an in which they were implemented.  I also
believe that this will get us away from implicitly or explicitly supporting
the notion that there are universal models for teacher enhancement.  Not
so.  Teacher enhancement like learning is context specific.
