TEECH is happy to see the activity of the listserv but understands the
problem of "too many e-mail messages" crowding one's box. So here is a
suggestion for a simple fix. We can offer this listserv to you in digest
form. If you elect to receive the list as a digest you will receive a maximum
of one message within a 24 hour period that will contain the full text of all
messages sent that day. Just send a message to Joni_Falk@terc.edu and type
digest. Please do not reply to the entire list (by hitting reply to this
message) or it will just add to the number of extraneous messages that people
get.

Jim, I have recently begun to be flooded with messages
that are directed to you. The "Let's share information"
series is an example. Some I find interesting, a few are
useful. But the vast majority just clog up my email and
take a lot of time to sort through. Is there some way that
i can avoid receiving these unsolicited copies, without
discontinuing my subscription to TEECH, which I do find

We also have found the CBAM training and the configuration
checklist crucial to "conceptualiziing" our project as well
as having a useful tool that teachers and districts can use
for self-assessment.
A more recent reference on CBAM use is" Local Leadership for
Science Education Reform" by Ron Anderson and Harold Pratt,
1995, available from Kendall Hunt.
