I just realized that the message I sent credited Ned with the message
below. I apologize for my failure to attribute the message to you.
My confusion stems from the fact that Ned sent me a Fax relating to
the configuration checklist. Ned sent me one page. Is your
configuration checklist one page long? If not, please send me a copy
of the complete instrument. Thanks!

The Innovation Configuration mentioned here is being used along with other
instruments from the CBAM--stages of concern research are being used by the
Keystone Project. You can find similar instruments in the book Taking Charge
of Change by Shirley M. Hord, William L. Rutherford, Leslie Huling-Austin, and
Gene E. Hall, 1987. Another source of information is the R&D Center for
Teacher Education, The University of Texas at Austin.
