It's been suggested that for a start, each person introduce himself
or herself briefly; I'd be particularly interested in first what
kinds of leadership goals you are pursuing in your projects, what you
are actually doing, and what [primary] questions or issues you are
facing. I know that's not likely to be done well in brief, but if we
can just get a sense first of whom we are talking to, then I think we
can deepen the conversation. You noted in my opening letter what
some of my interests and questions are. Now, let's hear from you and
