The team there, led by Joe Krajik, created a tool called
Pivit (I don't know what the acronym stands for) to help
teachers plan and conduct project-based science activities.
Teachers who use Pivit are now beginning to share their
project plans via the Pivit mechanism. They are beginning
to create a community based around the project-based
learning model and the Pivit tool.
